Peter Collins is a 1986 graduate of Suffolk University Law School and a 1983 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he majored in English. After serving as in-house counsel at Kemper Insurance, Peter joined his father in private practice, representing employees, employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters. Having concentrated his practice on worker's compensation since joining the bar, Attorney Collins has over 30 years' experience representing parties before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.
Peter has served as a Norfolk County Commissioner since 1995.

Attorney Boyce is a 1989 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. He completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of New Hampshire in 1984. Prior to joining Collins and Collins in 2008, Attorney Boyce was a sole practitioner for ten years concentrating in the areas of civil litigation, contract resolution, real estate and collections. Before that, he worked as an associate for a number of Boston firms. Attorney Boyce has over 26 years of litigation experience in the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts in addition to his work before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.

Joseph Labadini is a 1993 graduate of New England School of Law. He graduated from Bates College in 1989 with a degree in political science and government. Joe joined Collins and Collins in February 2016 after having served as Senior Workers' Compensation Trial Counsel for AIG for ten years and as trial counsel for Royal Insurance for four years. Joe's professional experience also includes several years in private practice and five years as Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston.
